Kenya, Uganda to renew rugby rivalry in early June

Kenya and Uganda have often written several scripts over the course of the Elgon Cup.

A year as good has barely been dominated by one but both. Everyone has had moments.

For the ardent fans, both sides will slide back into action early June and late June.

One unique aspect though, is Kenya hosting Germany on 27 May in Nairobi.

This could turn out proper preparation for fast improving Uganda.

The match will be played two weeks before their Elgon Cup first leg fixture in Kampala.

Germany sit 22nd in the current world rugby rankings.

They defeated Romania – a 16th ranked team in the world 41-38 in a Rugby Europe Championship.

After tussling it out with Tunisia and Senegal, Simbas will host 26th ranked Hong Kong in a two match test series in Nairobi.
