On a rain affected weekend reigning league champions continued their winning streak defeating Charity by 79 runs at Kyambogo.

Rain came when Tornado B was 139/4 in 40 overs and after the calculation Charity was set a target of 180 runs to win from 40 overs.

Lloyd Paternott struck a brilliant 66 off 100 and was supported by Roger Mukasa(43 not out). Cyrus Kibuuka Musoke then went through the Charity batting line picking up 5/26 with only the Singh brothers Varinder (28) and Narinder (21) managing double figures for Charity

Kutchi Tigers condemned Partidar to another loss defeating them by 163 runs. Nanji Pindoria struck an unbeaten century scoring 103 not out with help from Shantilal Raghvani (81), Kutchi managed to post 318/3 (DL revised total). Partidar could only manage 154 all out with Gaurang Patel (41) as the highest contributor.

In Entebbe, Premier made heavy work of 94 runs scored by SKPLS only managing to win by 2 wickets. Man of Match Prakash Shan tore through the SKPLS top order with a devastating spell of swing bowling picking up 4/16. SKPLS never recovered from that carnage bundled out for a meager 94 runs. However, Premeir was never comfortable in the chase only managing to scrap past the line by 2 wickets, the left arm spin of Dinesh Vekaria (4/21) nearly won the game for SKPLS.

In Jinja, Mwiri got back to winning ways beating home side JACC comfortably. Mwiri set 188 all out with Juma Gabula (34) and Kasujja Quarish (27) the heavy contributors. JACC could only manage 99 all out giving Mwiri an 89 runs victory.

The thriller in Buddo failed to be completed because of rain, as the game between ACC and Strikers was poised for a late show finish. Strikers had been bowled out 99 but ACC were 43/7 in reply before the heavens opened. Therefore both teams had to settle for 2 points as the game was declared a tie.
