Wasswa Bbosa has blamed his side’s draw at Police to failure by his strikers to convert chances.

Godfrey Lwesibawa put Bbosa’s charges in the lead on the half hour mark before Hood Kaweesa came off the bench the tie the entertaining fixture at Namboole.

Although Police were dominant over the Jogoos, they still crafted more open goal scoring opportunities with George Senkaaba and later Alex Kitaata the chief culprits.

“I think we deserved more than a point,” he said. “It’s frustrating since we had good opportunities to win the game but that’s football,” he added.

“But it’s not time for blame games but now time to go rectify mistakes we made and then be better in the next game.

SC Villa’s next game is a tricky trip to Kitende where they face nemesis Vipers in the clash of the weekend.
