SC Villa president Ben Immanuel Misagga has indicated the club is not ready to play in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The development comes at a time Express inability to up the opportunity first turned down by Paidha Black Angels.
Misagga has said SC Villa is also not ready to take part in the competition;
The Federation gave us a short notice of less than three days to decide and take up the opportunity. This was so abrupt. The money involved is a lot and we had not planned for it.
Last week, Paidha Black Angels expressed the unwillingness to represent the country in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Express was then presented with the opportunity to represent the country but when the Red Eagles turned down the offer, FUFA wrote to SC Villa Jogoo and Vipers Sports Club.
Now, the onus turns to Vipers. No official communication was been made from the Kitende based club.
