Nicholas Sebwato will face his former paymasters at Mwererwe

There will be renewal of acquaintances when Bright Stars hosts Onduparaka in the league on Wednesday.

The two sides face off at the Champions stadium, Mwererwe in good form but what will be the centre of attention starts with familiar faces on either side.

In the dugout, Charles Livingstone Mbabazi, a former coach at Bright Stars returns as one of the technical staff at Onduparaka.

On the field, Nicholas Sebwato, regarded by many as the best league signing so far returns to face his former paymasters while on the other side, Akram Kakembo will don the hosts’ jersey against his former bosses as well.

Away from that, Bright Stars will look to striker and Captain Nelson Senkatuka for inspiration upfront while Hamza Muwonge must be alert in goal to thwart whatever is thrown at him in goal.

Fourth on the log with 14 points, a win for Fred Kajoba’s charges will lift them above second placed Onduparaka who are on 16 points.

The Caterpillars will hope strikers Ceaser Okhuti and Alfred Leku as well as midfielders Vianney Ssekajugo and Gadafi Gadinho have a colourful outing on the day.
