The development was confirmed to Kawowo Sports by Abdelmonim Abdelhai, a sports administrator based in Sudan.
The invitation comes from Al Hilal Sports Club with an expenses paid for trip for 23 players and seven officials for the five day festival.
The four clubs’ invitation tournament will be held in the city of Port Sudan.
The other invited clubs F.C Merreikh and a yet to be identified club from Libya.
Ironically, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Vipers Sports Club, Peter Lwanga remains tight-lipped about the invitation.
“At the moment, we can not confirm the invitation since we are yet to get the official communique” Lwanga disclosed to Kawowo Sports.
In case the invitation materializes, the matches will be a perfect plat form for  Vipers’ Portuguese born head coach Miguel Da Costa to prepare  for the start of the league second round in February 2018.
