Uganda Rugby Sevens team to take part in the Hong Kong HSBC World Series qualifiers and Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia has been named.

The World Sevens Series Qualifiers tournament in Hong Kong is scheduled for April 6-8, 2018 while the Gold Coast Sevens are scheduled for April 14-15.

The team departs for the Hong Kong 7s on Sunday, April 1 and will connect to Gold Coast for the Commonwealth Games on April 9.

Black Pirates captain Ivan Magomu and teammate Timothy Kisiga make the twelve-man squad as the only fresh faces as the rest were part of last year’s World Series in Dubai and Cape Town.
