4th Motor Cross Championship
Motor Cross Lovers across the nation will throng the Lubiri Circuit in large numbers this Sunday as for the first time in 8 years a national Motor Cross Championship will be hosted at the official residence of Kabaka Mutebi’s palace, in Lubiri, Mengo.
The Presence of the self styled South African Rider Jarred Van Vuuren is definitely stirring up the excitement as he showcases the adrenaline moving skills and tactics on the bike.
At the same event, Arthur Blick Jr will making a remarkable come back to the sport he once cherished before had opted to stick to motorsport.
This weekend event got a huge boost early this week with a $20,000 sponsorship package from fuel giants, TOTAL Uganda.
Brian Tumusiime, the event manager praises the generosity of all the sponsors on board and promises a great championship.
“I thank all the sponsors who have labored to help in the organization, there is proper accountability for all the funds and i promise a great event at Lubiri,” Tumusiime tells Kawowo Sports.
The event is sponsored by Mountain Dew, Total, Lubiri and Speedway Motorsport Club (SMOC).
