Debutant  coach, Mark Twinamatisko might have left the Uganda Clays’ Kajjansi barren play ground the happiest man as his team, The Saints Football Club, one that he inherited from the sacked Hussein Mbalangu staged a spirited come back to force a 2 all draw with Lweza United on Sunday in one of the 6 FUFA Big league fixtures on card.

These matches were supposed to have been played a day before but the Federation announced their postponement by a day following the International friendly tie with neighbors, Rwanda (ended goal-less) that took place on Saturday, the 16th November 2013.

Lweza United’s draw with The Saints, the first loss of points on home turf to any opposition meant that Baza Holdings, whose Henry Kalanzi goal over Ndejje University in Luwero won the game for the visitors.

Implying that Baza Holdings takes over the Rwenzori group leader-board on 15 points, off 6 encounters, one point better than Lweza while The Saints jumps over to 6th place on 7 points having overtaken VCC and Wandegeya who both lost.

Joseph Mutyaba got his second successive victory as coach at Mutundwe Lions as they beat Taban Amin’s VCC at Kasenge play ground to raise 9 points.

In the Elgon group, Jinja Municipal comfortably leads the standings after a routine home win for the side over Hope Doves while fomer Super Division side, Mbale Heroes won by a soletary goal in Mbale over up country neighbours, Kumi University.
