With Just hours to the long awaited kickboxing fight between Moses Golola “of Uganda” and the technically gifted Ronald Mugula, the two prized fighters arguably the finest in Uganda are scheduled to weigh-in at the bout venue.
“This is a full contact non title fight. The two must fall in the same weight catergory otherwise the fight will not take place”, Sam Ggombya, Secretary General of Uganda Kickboxing Federation (UKF) warns.
Both Golola and Mugula are eager to disprove the other. “I have never been a joking subject in life.” “I am gonna beat this ‘German woman’ called Mugula”, the motor-razed Golola said in reference to Mugula’s hairstyle and professional stint the latter had in Germany.
The usually calm and composed Mugula has been forced to come out of the shell. “No matter what Golola says, I will silence him.” “He is more of a promoter than a fighter” he vowed.
