Uganda national football team coach, Milutin Sredojević has sympathized with former Dutch professional footballer and manager, Johan Cruyff after reports in Spain indicated that he has lung cancer.

68-year-old Cruyff, who won three successive European Cups with Ajax before going on to play for and manage Barcelona – was diagnosed last Tuesday, it was reported on Spanish radio station RAC1 and Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo on Thursday morning.
Micho, who will take to Sudan with the Uganda Cranes in the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) qualifiers on Sunday relayed his heartfelt message on social media platform twitter, wishing the Legend and inspiration all the best in his cancer battle.

Cruyff is reported to be currently undergoing tests to try to find out the extent of the lung cancer and according to his spokesman revealed that he will release a statement later today.
The 1971, 1973 and 1974 Ballon d’Or winner had a double heart bypass surgery in 1991 while he was still in charge of Barcelona – a job he eventually left in 1996 before later coaching Catalonia from 2009 to 2013.
