Geoffrey Sserunkuma has revealed that he is close to making a decision over his future and has not ruled out a move away from KCCA.
KCCA’s top scorer last season, with 31 goals, is almost certain to leave Lugogo stadium after just one season, with Club Africain’s appearance in the Total CAF Confederation Cup likely to be his last game for the club.
The former Bloemfontein and Vasco Da Gama lethal forward confirmed he has received a number of offers and has ‘more’ or less’ decided his next move.
“For now, there are many offers on the table but nothing decided yet,” he revealed to Kawowo Sports.
Reports indicate that the Ugandan international who also played at AFCON 2017 in Gabon has been approached by Tanzania moneybags Azam FC, Egypt’s Al Masry and a couple of Zambian sides including Zanaco, Zesco United and Buildcon.
In case he leaves the Kasasiro, he will join a host of key players to leave Mike Mutebi’s charges who include among others Tom Masiko and Ivan Ntege.
He will make a final decision in the next couple of weeks and as usual, we shall keep you posted.
